Brick executive neighborhood side load garage with the type of finishes you see here $500k-$540k Non brick neighborhood with front load garage and in some cases lesser finishes. 450k-499k I hope this helps, call us when you’re ready and we can get you the latest information as things are always changing. We try to make these videos in a way where they can be “evergreen” and not confuse someone if they are looking 2 years from now when prices have risen.
