The thing is...when you say better. I dont think most people are looking at the dps...there going by their gameplay experience which is not solely based on DPS... A stronger build does not mean completing content with it will be easier.

Because maybe you think X is better but others wont. If we want to make a factual list or statement on what is strong / better, then we have to base ourselves on facts, not something that is individual to each person. If we base ourselves on what you said then every single person saying X is good and Y is bad is wrong, because its personal opinion. I hope what I said was clear to understand, but yeah thats just something that cant be made because its unique to each's preferences

I love both. I use LMGs a lot just because I like LMGs. I used them when they were not as great. I still use them now they are in a good place. I use ARs because they are the dps meta and because I also like them too. Given the choice, I will always pick an LMG. It's just what I prefer. It definitely does not make them better.

Important thing about the blue screen vs other LMGs is that the reticle shrinks down WAY faster, allowing you to get more of those first couple of shots on target

As a solo player Bluescreen and Ongoing Directive rolled with status effect and the Vile clears heroic control points in minutes before the friendly NPCs even arrive and is great for mobs. On kill it has it's own creeping death built in so I can use a damage talent on the BP.

I love seeing enemies on fire. And that gives me time to reload, go to the bathroom, make some coffee and then keep shooting at the enemies without them being able to do anything else. Iron lung rules for my use 😂

I tried to like the dread edict but I don’t see the point of choosing it over an sr1 with determined. And if I want to have to actually aim for headshots I’d rather use the nemesis or mantis. That said, if aces & 8’s was never changed, dread edict would be so much fun.

Bluescreen isn't a gun for solo play. It's very good vs black tusk in legendary. Need a skill that can be retoggled like a heal chem or maybe turret you keep putting up and taking down. Disables dogs and a few more stacks confuse everything else. I run it with ongoing obviously. It's niche, but definitely a group weapon, not solo

I think we can all agree that tip of the spear and breaking point is trash. Tip of the spear is trash because using signature weapons is not better than using primary/secondary/sidearm weapons. Breaking point is trash because u got aces & eights and hotshot.

@VykeKingPigeon sure it can be fun but is it affective? Can it preform just as or better than a build similar to that play style? I imagine when u are using tac 50 ur far away (like 50+ meters away) sniping. So builds to compare to that is sniping builds which is aces & eights and hotshot. If I'm not mistaken tac 50 has in total 11 bullets before u run out of ammo. If u can hit ur shots u will have unlimited bullets with hotshot.

@@alphaelite1861 i'm talking old Tip of the spear here sorry should have said that the new one yeah it's dead in the water And yes old Tip of the spear was played like any other Sniper Build only that you can use Tac 50 more often or for a garanted Headshot stack for Head Hunter so you can rock and roll with White Death or whatever :)

@VykeKingPigeon it's fine. Just clarify next time what version ur talking about when replying/commenting so no one gets confused/takes it out of context. For me personally I want to see more variety with the cores (weapon/armor/skill tiers) not mainly red (weapon) cores. It's right now either mostly red or all red meta (best in slot) with builds/play styles.

@@alphaelite1861 yeah Red or nothing sadly i wish they would do stuff like they did with Capacitor on guns but instead of 6 Skill Tier 6 Blue Corse so people still got the armor to "Tank" somewhat + they could use shields more out off cover aswell and do damage Skill Builds on the other hand ngl never used them because it's only Drone and Turret and Capacitor does not really do dmg by it's own
