Any idea about error code? "06_cnd " seems like it may be the chiller, any ideas?

Service contracts are expensive and not the best service. left my Colorado 1650 down for 2 weeks, unacceptable. 2 cheaper competitor printers will be just as fast as one colorado, cheaper and provide redundancy in case of break down, point to consider
