@scottishboio6885 Жыл бұрын
@t0ph3rm4c none that I can find, still in the break in period so I've not opened up the throttle properly, I'm just struggling to slow down properly without losing balance and struggling to go at low speeds without going wobbling, I think that's me though rather than the bike,

I have a 22 plate Michigan, 11k miles on the clock and still riding well, only real issue i have had, Regulator rectifier needed changing and the throttle position sensor failed in heavy rain, super cheap and easy to replace without going to a garage, but I can confirm this bike will easily get to 60mph on the A roads, and I have managed to hit the limiter a few times when I want to give it a good run, anyone thinking of buying this bike, a few recommendations, buy a DiD heavy duty chain, the stock one does not last very long, buy a weathering coating like ACF50 to keep the rust away, learn basic maintenance on KZbin, this bike is super easy to take apart and do all the services for a fraction of the garage cost.

Had mine since 2020 (first bike) and it's true that the big boy cruisers don't look down on you - love getting a nod and makes you feel part of the community. I've now renamed her the Hardly Davidson but she's a fab bike, terrific fun and super reliable. My only gripe is that the stock 6v battery is a bit weedy and kept needing to be charged in winter. Since swapping for a 7v with higher cracking amps, the problem has gone (for about £25). Adding the rear seat pad improves the look and you can't go wrong with a pair of leather saddlebags. Also run mine on E5 fuel and it always feel peppy.

Definitely Enjoy as I got a 2020 plate Michigan which I Absolutely Love!! I’m riding her to Bournemouth from Cornwall later today and I have EVERY bit of confidence that she’ll do it! I particularly love long ride outs anyways on her, and yeah mine does 65-70 mph no problems or signs of engine straining whatsoever, which was often an occurrence on my previous 125cc motorcycle, I had Two Sinnis Vista motorcycles which although I loved riding both, and gave me a proper taste for riding bigger cc motorcycles, after a while they just didn’t do it for me especially on long ride outs.. saw and read and indeed heard quite a few positive adverts and online videos like your excellent ones, so when the time was right I decided to buy one! (I was keen on purchasing a Sinnis Hoodlum but the factory slowed down production and distribution wise during Covid) so i by chance called my nearest Sinnis dealership and they said they had a Similar motorcycle with very low miles on the clock so of course I just HAD to go and have a look, Definitely ❤ at First Sight and I instantly said yeah I’ll buy her, and I have absolutely ZERO Regrets 😊

@@lexmotomotorcycles I sure do enjoy riding her everywhere and never get tired of long rides on her 😂 I recently attended a charity bikers meet which attracted 440 motorcycles!! My one was most popular with small children who nagged their parents to sit on a few motorcycles but when they said no, I said of course and it made their day! Parents were most grateful for me allowing their children to sit on her, I guess many will now dream of one day owning and riding a motorcycle 🏍️

This bike looks like a fun little bike looking like a chopper/cruiser with apehangers. I kinda wish I was a shorter person right now. hehe. I would buy this if it was sold here in Norway. Would love to see what kind of setup there will be for sidebags..Like on a "cruiser" ;-)

Excellent review. Nice bike. See the 70mph on the motorway though...is that a real life 63-65mph ? I'm only asking because I'm learning that these bikes or 125's in general don't display accurate top speeds. I'm unsure if theres any truth in that. Sat-Navs are also not accurate btw so...how are you supposed to know & trust wtf your actual speed is lol ? Go easy on me...I haven't done my cbt yet 😳👌 and not interested in going flat out fast as possible everywhere either. I would just like to know the real, actual speed I'm doing. Any advice anyone ? Cheers 👍

@lexmotomotorcycles Жыл бұрын
@@kevinnimmo1054 the only real way to find out whether your bike's speedo is accurate or not is to put it on a Dyno/rolling road. Typically motorcycle speedos can be out by 8-10% so I'd just factor that in to your speeds. Hope that helps!

not just motorbikes, cars also, they have to over read by law, no speedometer on cars or motorbikes will be 100% true

What that indicated 70 proved to me was that it should be comfortable at 50/55, which is where I want to be. 👍
