Hi. Good film. I the same Lexus 2007 model and I have a problem with it as a engine when is on the idle speed it goes off by itself. Then I connected it to the diagnostic tool and it showed p1229 foult (fuel pump system) and on the Internet I found info that most of times is a fuel pressure regulator or wiring to that. If you can help me where can I find it that's would be appreciated

Yea we all sometimes just want to be accepted and liked so we try things or do selfish not caring about who it may hurt. Or maybe lied to saying it was ok or had permission. However seemingly sometimes we lose focus of the project ( dreams & goals of life) losing self respect , dignity, self esteem , and well a well taught amd lead moral compass. With the main selfish ambition to be accepted blocking and just try to fit in and be liked again ambition to show loyalty to the wrong people

Interesting video. Hey we all make mistakes. Just a point - you said early on in the video that your reading of 70 Kpa was equivalent to 7 bar. It's actually 0.7 bar . (Divide by 100 to convert from Kpa to bar)
@LMAutoRepairs5 жыл бұрын
Lol... I must have missed that one... I have done too mutch cutting and merging on this one... way more than I usually do...😋 I also said that that pressure was from the pump in the tank, when it was actually the rail pressure... lol Thank you for watching and for your comment!

@@LMAutoRepairs - Thanks Luis for another very interesting video. Talking about the pressure on the system. This last week I also had to deal with a non running, non starting Toyota D4D. In my case the wife's Yaris. After being towed home, I had a look and the main error was too high pressure in the system. With the error code P1229. With this said and just for the record. Live data shown 248 Kpa, high enough pressure to produce the error. And induce the system to shut down! After intervention for cleaning the SCV and a new diesel filter, etc. The pressure stabilized on a more "civilized" 120 to 128 Kpa. Followed by the vanishing of error P1229 and associated no running, no start faults. All back to normal. Something that might be worth keep in mind for future reference. Fica Bem! ;-) Cheers

Next time you repair diesel cars that do not start,you go like this:rpm sensor-you crank the engine and watch tachometer,fuel-maybe the fuel pump not working/hit the fuel tank-maybe the hp fuel pump is full of air/spray starting fluid in intake,after that test returrn line from injectors..

Allso,when you put ignition on,watch for engine failure lamp in the dashboard,and for immobilezer light to go off.If the engine failure light is present means that engine computer is powered on and waiting for the engine to rotate to start injection.
