Single Wall exhaust tips simply mean that the exhaust tip is a single piece of rounded metal. This makes the tip look thinner than a double wall. Double wall exhaust tips have another layer to them to and makes the tip look a bit more chunky and smooth. I have the double wall exhaust and i feel it looks a lot cleaner than the single

Most likely with any aftermarket exhaust youll have some drone. Id say with the remark its noticeable around 3-4k rpms in the beginning, but now Ive gotten so used to it that I actually like it more than find it annoying lol. The car feels way more alive and the drone is no where near a raspy trash can sound

Press down all the way on brake, press down on the gas, let it rev up to about 3-4k rpms and then release the brake and slam all the way on the gas.
