You didn't replace the filter. You only replaced the pump and sock. The actual filter is what houses everything. There's also a fuel level sender on the passenger side. Had to replace everything on mine. Well worth the hassle

The whole white thing is a filter? I did not replace that! It seems to be running fine as of now. When it runs, there’s currently some thing that is draining the battery whenever it sits for more than like two days not too sure what it is.
