Congratulations on your aspirations to move into real estate. I feel you. I've been through your path. I went into cosmetology and ventured into working I'm high end salons to working out of my apartment the Locking hair after work and one of the back rooms of the office. I could tell you that I became disillusioned with the hair business and I too went into real estate we both know real estate teaches that if you want to be successful you have to jump all the way in. After years of procrastination I jumped in full time. It is a rough rough business that in many cases did not turn much of a profit. I advise you to continue to take installations while transitioning into full-time real estate. Real estate can be very seasonal and you will find that after August is finished September through as far as March can be very dry seasons. Those are seasons you can pump your hair business up to keep your cash flow steady. I appreciate your generosity of information on doing hair and that is why I wanted to share my journey with you in hopes that it will bless you.🎉
