a lot of no shows yet again. Spezza & Nylander wer the only two forwards that showed up. Like Marner keeps saying we have to show up on time , but he thought the game was on Tuesday.Another woe is me from Marner & Matthews. Coaching was not great either. How can you put only one shooter on PP. Nylander Spezza Matthews would be three shooters. But no just matthews with 4 passers all trying to pass the puck into the net & everyone in the world knew it except the coaching staff....Marner Matthews was not working, did he put Nylander with Matthews try to change it up, get Matthews away from Dounut? They have to dump Marner some how. Pretty sure he is the poison in the well.

@@allanmmclean I know matthews and marner were amazing in the regualr season but it's clear matthews and marner aren't working in the playoffs. If they keep marner (because lets be honest, they're going to keep him) I would like to see nylander play with matthews and marner play with tavares. It just makes more sense to me, two shooters on the matthews line and we know they can play well together and marner and tavares played well with babs as well. Spezza, no matter how old he is, I want to be resigned because he showed up. They need to improve the defense a bit more as well. An interesting offseason indeed.

as much as i blame Marner(and i do a decent amount), a lot of the blame need to be on Keefe as well for literally not doing anything about it. Matthews and Marner wasn't working. CHANGE THE LINES!!! Marner didnt have a single powerplay goal the entire season. Take him off the power play!! What's that? He isnt there to score goals? He sets them up? Well last i saw, almost no one was scoring powerplay goals on the leafs since the halfway point of the season. Leafs had the worst powerplay in the league from halfway to the end. Less than 10%. Ya the top guys need to show up and they certainly take their fair share of blame, but Keefe literally did nothing to change the situation either. Pretty much from game 1 to game 7, he did the same thing game in and game out with zero change to get things moving. As far as im concerned, he's just as much to blame as the players are in this scenario.

Hey Steve, for 24 years I cheered for the Maple Leafs from the bottom of my heart. I bled blue and white, I still remember the Leafs beating the Sens in the early 2000's and then watching Tucker get cheapshotted and the heart they had. Then in 04' when Roenick sniped, that right there was the end of an era for second rounds for the Leafs. Then came along the horrific 13' collapse... and more collapses years later..... Now, I never thought in my lifetime I would ever abandon what I used to call "My Leafs".... but I did after the most embarrassing series loss in Maple Leaf history. The roster of a lifetime shit the bed. Yankee's of hockey failure is what I call it.... I can no longer watch and witness agony and pain year after year... Call them the Cubs of Hockey if you want because it'll take another 54 years for them to win. So long Maple Leafs.... never thought it would come to this.

I'm a Habs fan and honestly I haven't been able be happy about this win yet, just seeing the level of misery in the Leafs fanbase for so long, it's just brutal. Sure it's a game, but it brings people together and gives us something to attach our emotions to. Watching the way the Leafs folded, and the resigned expectations of the fans, it's hard to really take much joy out of that. I had told myself "if the Leafs have to finally break out, do it this year while we are still getting our team in gear" and had accepted the possibility of it just this once. And yet. Anyways, I don't want to pile on but I just wanted to say that all fans are essentially the same at their core, and so I feel for you guys. I watch your videos, yes, sometimes because it’s funny to watch the angry guy scream, but also because you are a genuinely entertaining, insightful, and passionate individual who loves hockey in a way that is great to enjoy regardless of which team you root for. By the end of the season, my support will be passed around like an STD. I will cheer for possibly 82 different teams. And when the season ends, that's my team going forward. I am 35. I've been a Leafs fan since birth. Gilmour, Potvin, Clark, they were my BOYS. We got Cujo, I was pumped. Belfour, I was thrilled. Sundin was magic.
