LG Dryer Review (Ranked #3 Consumer Reports)

I'm looking to buy a new dryer. I got an online subscription for Consumer Reports jut for this reason. At the moment the dryer is ranked at #1. I think this is the one I'm going to get.

We haven't had any issues with it. I would say it is a strong buy. One thing that is great is that you can load it up with so much. Con is the the dryer sense seems to be sometimes somewhat of a gimmick. But overall it just does its job simple and sweet

Yeah The size is wonderful. Sometimes the center for humidity doesn't seem to get clothes dry all the way, but that's usually only on large loads. Other than that, the flow sensor if the vent is clogged is nice.

I believe the "smart diagnostic" is a gimmicky feature where, if you have an problem, you can call the LG service department and they can get the error code by listening over the phone to the chimes the machine makes.

I also agree this is a gimmicky feature on this particular model. Our LG washer certainly decides when things are need further cleaning. And will even extend the time

Nice review! I have the same one. I accidentally shut the chime off when I lifted onto the pedestal. Any idea which button to press to turn it back on? Thanks!

It's on the right side of the control area close to where it says off low and high. I think it also has the word chime. Let me know if you can't find it

You should be able to get 31/2 years out of this unit. It also knows how to keep your clothes wrinkled. Make sure you have a iron and board close by.

I would never buy another LG Sensor dryer it's the worse
