Nice OLED. I got my 65' G2 1.5 years ago, thanks to also your review, and I've been very happy with it. I don´t have the money and probably can't justify to my girlfriend upgrading to the G4. I'll probably upgrade when we reach G7, but I still watch these videos just to see what's up. I think your video reviews are really daily user-oriented, which I think is a very good thing. @@Uncle_Titus yea I understand that and never use HDR for gaming...you are better just setting up a gaming profile with the screen options and tweaking the setting on game profile. I've had my CX for 5 years now and I still cant get over how well it performs and how good it makes games look! I get most games running in 4K with around 100fps with 0.1 ms G2G response with a ridiculous colour range and beautiful black edges! I have looked at newer models and still nothing makes me want to change! best money I have ever spent! ...people buying 27" monitors for the same price have no idea how bad they perform.

@@jordanstinson2505 Hi, I don't know yet. I'm awaiting my son's availability to help me swap out my G3. What I will say is this. Going from my 77" G2 to same size G3 was incredible. Dare I say even smoother motion and a lot brighter. I'll guarantee you'll notice the difference because the G4 is brighter again. I'm hoping the new Alpha 11 processor will give me finer detail on lower quality programmes, because I do watch a lot of them. Hope this helps 🤗

I'm still running my 42" LG C2 and I can't bring myself to give it up...I know the G-series is even better, but its been the best TV/monitor/display I've ever owned, and I've owned a ton of high end displays. 4K, deep inky OLED, HDR, GSync, FreeSync, VRR, ALLM, 120Hz, 1ms GTG, 4x HDMI 2.1...LG outdid themselves with the C and G lineup

fantastic tv. I have 77 G3 and i love it. G4 is a bit brighter but i curious about for panel temperature when you set max brightness. I dont use my G3 long time on max brightness but when i watched any hdr videos this panel getting hotter. G4 is super bright but panel temperature important for long time usage. And can this brightness booster increase burn in risk?

Morning. Great review of the G4 probably the best I have seen on KZbin, made me want to subscribe to your channel and see other reviews. I am thinking of pulling the trigger on the 77" with various discounts I can get one for about £2600 seems a bargain! Can I just ask please I will be wall mounting mine also, where did you get your wooden cabinet from that's under the TV? Looks ideal for games console and to elevate the centre speaker. I have an LG C1 83" for downstairs, and it's amazing still after 2 years. I recently bought a Neo-QLED 75" Samsung for upstairs. The Neo- QLED brightness or contrast is far superior to the LG OLED. It's not close. The blacks are okay on the NQLED, but the LG OLED is the GOAT. *If in a bright room, get Neo-QLED (LCD and I prefer samsung) if in a dark room (basement) get OLED (I prefer LG). My opinion. Good luck!

I got the 77” G2 after your review of it and it’s been phenomenal and the best tv I’ve owned to date but I’ve outgrown the 77” size rather quickly and now will get either the 83” G4 or the 85” QN900B and possibly consider the upcoming 85” Sony Bravia 9 but since gaming is my main focus then movies/shows I’ll have to see.

Once you go OLED, you don't go back. Nothing looks as good. Gaming is a whole experience and movies offer deep colors and sharp edges that will make any standard HD TV look primitive. This is the only way to game. Get yourself a soundbar and thank me later.

Nice OLED! I was curious about the WiFi speed. I believe they are using WiFi 6 with this model. Is the Ethernet port at least 1GIG or faster? I plan on streaming everything to it - option would be to use an external box that does have the required speed. My router is downstairs and this TV would be upstairs. I seen the C3 77 and 83 side by side and the 83 really didn’t seem that much larger to justify the extra cost.

The LG GX looks very much the same as the LG SG10TY? I bought my G4 65” on a promotion where I could bundle the SG10TY and the discount received at the end resulted in basically getting the sound bar for free and I was actually paying $200 less of the original price of the G4 by itself. However, I tried my best to look for reviews on the SG10TY before buying the bundle deal but couldn’t find any videos on it. Considering it was basically free and it reduced my TV by $200… I just bought it. Hopefully I made the right decision.

I'm currently considering the Samsung S90C in this size - I won't be wall-mounting but the thought of the set-up still fills me with dread (I remember setting up my 65" C1 with the missus was far from easy!).
