The G5 have not a SIM card, and that's maybe the reason why the S7 drains battery faster. And that drop from 97% to 92% when you removed the modular part scares me. I'll buy the G5 soon.

can you at least setup the Apps you are going to open for the speed test? actually drawing the data from content while the App loads is a lot of the speed test. opening an app not link to an account just loading a splash image is not a good speed test. it's an animation test.

The screen of the S7 Edge looks much more yellow compared to the G5. I have an S7 Edge too and noticed that whites dont look very white. Common fault of Amoled?

man sorry, but you are getting worse! you don't compare batterylife with a few %..you do from 100 down to 1. G5 reloaded 3 apps, s7 only 1..how you get that to 4-3 to G5? where was the brightness set in nits? why don't you put the phones in airplane mode since the G5 don't have any sim card so it's not even a little fair comparison?! thumbs down to this..and if you want to get a tumble up from me, you really need to do some research on how to properly test devices like these. peace out

g5 reloaded more apps in multitasking which is most important in my view. photo quality also seemed noticeably better on the s7e and not just in lowlight.

LG`s battery went down to 91% because you took out the battery, and when powering on any device, all of it`s components drain power to power on (bluetooth, NFC, Gyro, whatever - they are being tested before booting). When the phone is on, they are in standby, using full power only when you turn them on to use them. There for, LG didn`t cheat :). Overall, good test and nice hand coordination.

S7 edge has the EDGE great looking..and overall the best looking design of ALL 2016 smartphones s7 has ip68 the highest dust and water resistance . s7 has the best software support ever it also has remote support from the samsun team s7 has health sensors to check your health s7 doesn't need the 30$ extra battery kit of g5 ..because it has 3600mah not 2800 .. s7 has real-life motion recording feature that record like if its your real eyes .. -samsung removed the ir blaster and mhl support from the s7 to gain more $$ -samsung in general has low quality sounds lg g5 is really great for its price . LG 5 has better sound quality -lg5 has ugly/or classic design *btw for the above tests its unrelaible this tests depends and varry on different factors ..battery percent ,heat ,ram usage ,etc.. in overall they have equal performance.

Just look at the Samsung? Honestly I will take a more premium and refined phone over the G5 . Idc if the G5 is faster or not. It has a painted back . It has an ugly design. At least to me. Its just , not impressive tome. The Samsung impresses me . With their aluminum and glass design. Their amazing titanium colors . The Samsung to me, will always be ahead of any phone companies with flagship phones. Also it is water resistant. I mean, I'm not the person who's gonna take it underwater like a dumba** . But it's nice to have that feature so if it rains of you accidentally splash water on it. You know you're for sure protected . #GalaxyS5User. #FutureGalaxyNoteUser

I've seen reviews where LG beats S7 in low light. My local EE shop is selling G5 for £399.99 and S7 for £635.00 so for me G5 is the clear winner. I also prefer removable battery and like the camera better on G5.

you are totally missing the point with the idea about the wide angle lense. you loose the focus of the pic with obscured things that are NOT the subject matter. there is a reason most professional photographers don't shoot with wide angle lenses. they want to focus on a particular thing. not capture more area. that's why macro photography is ten times more successful than wide angle. what good is the shot of the two cars, with all the people around? what exactly do all the bystanders add to the photograph? the answer is NOTHING! you loose the focus of the two cars. the cars look so much better in the s7 pic as well. better detail, color and composition. nope, don't agree with your point there, it is NOT awesome to have a washed out pic of the shops in the backgound, instead of a sharp colorful pic of the three trees. again the s7 pic is much better in every facet, especially the artful aspect, which is why we take pics. i mean, look at the two pics. stop your vid at 11:02, and look at how beautiful the s7 pic is with lighting, color and composition. then look up at the crappy g5 pic, which is wider, meaning no real composition, and it is dull dreary and poorly lit. horrible point on your part. you prefer the crappy pic, because you get more irrelevant crap beside the focal point, even though it is dull and colorless. lol. quality is comparable???????????? really? you know shit about photography, and for that matter doing a review. don't need to see anymore of the tripe.

Great job !!! I think the camera of LG g5 is better Than the s7 edge but the s7's screen is better ! Also Lg always supports her flagships way better than Samsung..... But this S7 its so so so much beautiful.... The opposite direction of beauty is this LG which is so ugly!!! One more benefit of LG g5 is the type C Usb.... I think Samsung make a huge mistake here don't put type C at a flagship in 2016 but look this ability of wireless charging which is wonderful!!! I believe G5 is better smartphone but the size of screen is small for me... On the other hand s7 has bigger screen with 0 bezels! But all know that Samsung devices time by time (update by update) becoming slower.... Hmm.... There is not winner here. Pfff there is not perfect Android phone :( Oh just a minute.... Maybe a Samsung Nexus 7 Ohhh yes maybe this.... Until then I think IOS or a lower priced Lumia is better option right now ! What do you think guys ?
