I understand thermo forming and routing but what glue are they using? What is holding the little clamping blocks on and how are they removed?

They are glued with hot glue and removed easily with a hammer.

Bull. Corian is poly acrylic. The fumes produced while cutting are very toxic. I know I have worked with the stuff.
