I have the LG Thinq Over the range microwave. It was purchased in 2022, but we just unboxed it when our old microwave died. I open the door, put food in center of microwave, close door, press cook time, press 100 for 1 minute. The display starts counting backwards and it says power level 100. The microwave is not heating my food. Why?
