What can I say about C3's TruMotion they fixed ghosting in action scenes in Natural mode? because on the C1 I have this ghost effect that only disappears when it's in Cinema mode 🤦🏻

Tbh the c3 at the price it’s at will be a better pick then the c4 provided what the c4 is offering. The price for the c4 isn’t worth it over the c3 in comparison to which each tv does imo.

Sorry to hear about the burn-in on your C7. It's a great TV, but unfortunately, OLED panels are susceptible to burn-in over time.

The TV has a perfect picture, I'm not talking about it, but compared to an older LG I had, it lacks some things! Such as : 1. It doesn't have the time machine to record programs. I was told by LG that this feature has been removed due to copyright. I consider this nonsense, since when can you not record a TV show? This issue was settled in the courts 40 years ago when the Videos first came out. Today even a simple decoder does this. 2. Switching between satellite and regular channels sucks. 5 to 6 moves to do this, where as in the old days it was done with 2 clicks since you could save your channels in the menu where you also save Aps. 3. It does not have an RCA output so that you can also adjust the voice through it, to connect a simple stereo. 4. It does not have a power plug at the back so you can easily remove the TV from the furniture. It was so expensive to remove it. Only LG knows it!!!! 5. It sticks to video files from a USB stick! It doesn't have miracast so you can see the image of your mobile phone on the TV

Is CS3 the same thing as C3? The only difference is that in C3 the brightness is 20% stronger. Which is better cs3 oled or c2

There is no such thing as a CS3 OLED TV. The LG C3 OLED is the successor to the LG C2 OLED. The C3 is a minor upgrade over the C2, with the most significant difference being a slight increase in brightness. In terms of performance, the C3 and C2 are very similar. They both offer excellent picture quality, with deep blacks, rich colors, and smooth motion handling. They also both have a wide range of features, including support for HDR10, Dolby Vision, and HLG.

The jump happened at C2. CX and C1 are basically the same tv and the C2 and C3 are basically the same tv.

C3 has better processing, so upscaling 1080p content or lower will look better on the C3. It's also slightly brighter than the C2. Finally, the C3 is DTS compatible, the C2 isn't. I just paid 1,080 euros for the OLED55C36LC (black Friday). A bargain.

Just bought this TV set because it was DTS compatible. Now I've found out it won't pass through Dolby True HD nor DTS-HD Master Audio to my AVR via HDMI EARC. It will downsample the lossless streams to lossy DD+ and DTS. Shame. Granted, DD+ has a solid 1.6 Mbit/s bitrate, we're far from the 370 Kbit/s from standard DD. So it's OK, not great but fine. So if I want the top notch earcandy uncompressed sound from my bluray, I have to plug it to the AVR first.

I must have watched lots of reviews on the C3 the last couple of weeks. This is by far the best. It was exactly the information I wanted. LG have always made good TVs and now I want to replace my Sony with an LG. My question now is do I buy the C3 or go with last years G2. Prices are quite good in the G2 right now.

Bought this tv two weeks ago and tbh not impressed One bit, my other Hisense tv looked more brighter and clearer picture, and yea I understand they are different. Fact is for the price it feels dark dim even on oled 100 Brightness I have sat trying to get tv to what I like and it just ain’t cutting it sky q picture looks terrible dark dim whites look grey and yes I have energy mode off. Apple TV ui looks so flat and no colour compared to my older tv I just don’t get it. Personally I find the abl on this tv far to aggressive and takes away from what should be amazing tv after all we pay 1200 quid to watch a nice tv not dimming every few mins on darts or football. I am still under the time to leave it back and that’s where it’s going on Monday.

@@ajwtf6539 no on sky q it dims on hdr football no matter what match looks amazing when you first turn on match and about 3 to 5 mins you can actually see it dim same as darts after few mins it dims it’s actually insane. I keep tv cause it was a hassle to bring back but I fucked it upstairs worse tv I ever bought. Personally if you don’t like abl i wouldn’t buy any oled that was my mistake go for a mini led tv do your research,but abl for me is a dealbreaker you pay money why should olg ruin your experience it’s your tv you shouldn’t have to deal with dimming on a expensive tv anyways good luck.
