LG TV Hotel Mode Password Change & Retrieval

Hi! I have an LG 32LS5600 and cannot enter the Hotelmode. When i press "Settings" the main menu appears, like in your video, but it never disappears, no matter how long i hold down the button. Do i need such a special remote control with an "IN START" button to do this?

Hi Dominic, I entered hotel mode with standart romote and switched it on. after that my tv remote not workin(exept channel change). I ordered Service remote, can you please help to switch off the hotel mode? What should I choose in service menu to cancel hotel mode?

I don't have the service remote and the hotel can't find it either. We only have the Hotel in room remote. Someone has cancelled one of the channels and we are trying to unblock it but we can't get past the code. Can you suggest anything? Thank you

There's nothing you can do without the service remote. Only the Hotel Admin can unlock it for you.

@@DominicGichane i can get on the manufacture menú with 0413 but has no option to ser password for the hotel mode. Ir eas manufacture on noviembre 2010
