Next to the wheel, there are arrows, up, down, left, right. We can use these arrows to make selections if the pointer is not visible. To restart the pointer first press the settings button on the remote (a star) opposite the home button (a house). On the left of the screen new icons appear and use the down arrow to select the bottom icon (all settings icon appearing on the screen). Do not turn the wheel but press the wheel into the remote and this will restart the pointer.

hii, i just bought a lg magic remote, i tried to register it by holding the guide button, or by pressing both back and home button, nothing works, the power button is blinking and showing "Press OK to register Magic Remote" notification, when i press ok, nothing happens. the remote continues to use the ir blaster to operate the tv. please help

I have a problem with remote.The battries i used first time in remote worked more than a year but when i replaced battery it drain in just 1 or 2 days. First i thought that problem could be in cells and i replaced them too.but again it drained.

it is just broken... and we had it 5 times: after a few months the thin plastic inside (what holds this roll) is breaking and this roll is deep inside and useless...

Dear customer, the Magic Remote should go in to stand-by mode when you do not move it for a while (the pointer disappears). Do you hold the Magic Remote in your hand while watching TV? Dear Jack Packman, this should not happen. It could be that one of the buttons is 'stuck', or could it be somebody accidentally sat on the remote for a while? Try to bring speaker more forward as much as possible instead of flush against the tv . i never had connection issues after i was able to re register remote i could use it from all the way across my house very impressed

Dear customer, please try to create a bit more space between the center speaker and the TV. If just a little bit of infrared light can be received by the IR sensor (reflected via the ceiling or walls), this could work.

Same with me, when I follow your instructions there is no option to increase sensitivity. There’s only one option. Voice response on or off. I spent $2,500 on this tv and it’s only 3 days old. Frustrating when your online support intentionally disconnects on me twice while troubleshooting this issue. Do better
