You can also fix the commercial loud volume issue to limit the volume to a maximum level But I really don’t think you want to do that you wanna sell us another add on to your TV

Hey there! To get your TV sound back, start by making sure the Sound Out setting on your TV is set to TV Speakers. You can do this through the Settings or Home/Smart button.
