condensor needs cleaning. If problem persists. Close cold water tap and run dry cycle. If that works your cold water inlet valve is faulty

@@askmrwashywashy Thanks for the reply, I opened it up but unfortunatelly it is slightly different and i cannot access :( . There's no removable container as you have, it is "embedded" into the tub. Once i unscrew the fan on the top, there's a faucet (the water inlet) preventing me to remove a filter that could give me access from the top (not that i could do much from there). I cannot remove it, no access to the screws (too close to the edge side cover) and even if i could, the faucet is longer than the space available (i have no idea how to remove it). hi sorry for the late reply. Yes. 1) You can remove the top cover and run a quick timed dry cycle. halfway through the cycle pause it. turn it off and unplug from wall socket. Put your hand on the heating element cover* careful its very hot, this is just to check if its getting hot enough. Should scolding hot. 2)Another thing you could try is switching off the water supply when running a dry cycle as the water inlet valve might be constantly dosing water into the drum during a dry cycle. its only supposed to do this intermittently. how long have you had your washer ?

Followed your steps and didn’t have much lint however a more peculiar issue arises. When starting the dry cycle it kicks on just fine runs through the tumbling and draining process. As soon as it takes the cold water in for drying and attempts to kick on the heating element there is almost like a clicking noise in the control panel. I took the voltage tester to test power to the heating element, power goes on and off. The display in the front is also flashing on and off in the same frequency as the heating element power. I tried replacing the high limit thermostat and that did not help. Do you think it’s a bad motherboard or a bad heating element. No codes show up on the display asides from the it flashing on/off

Hey so just had ordered a motherboard from eBay. tried the dry function again and the same issue occurred except this time I think it ended up messing up the new board as it lost power after trying to kick the heating element and never came back on. Continuity is good on heating element, voltage I cannot read because it only feeds the power briefly before turning on/off in a cycle like a blinker. It is possible that the board I got was had but I’m thinking you might be right and it’s the heating element. If continuity is good does that mean the heating element is fine? Could this be a power supply issue

Hi do you know the model number of your washer ? You might have a water inlet valve that keeps putting water in
@andreasringlstetter17192 жыл бұрын
You keep hearing water as that's the self cleaning mechanism which is supposed to wash the lint away in middle of the drying cycle. Except when too much lint has built up, the cleaning fails, and instead moisturizes the lint, which the again moisturizes the air in the condenser instead of drying. Arguably, the water pump driving the cleaning mechanism has far too little pressure to do the job it's supposed to.

The unit is loud, doesn’t dry, doesn’t clear the detergent dispenser, takes forever to cycle through, and only fits about 3 pairs of clothing. All joking aside, I’d rather have a regular washer and dryer in my living room, as goddamn coffee table, than ‘save space and energy’ on this POS. I moved into a unit where this device existed BRAND NEW. My first thought was, “oh, that’s cool!…Hah, would you look at that?!” That feeling quickly changed to, “hmm, this thing sure is loud and it takes a long time to wash/dry a load?”…”hmm, after 3 hours, these clothes are damp-damp?”…”Okay, I only loaded it halfway, why the fuck is it still not drying?!”…I hate this machine so much, I’m going to pull a ‘Michael-Bolton-taking-a-bat-to-the-printer’ on it before I move out and gladly pay for a replacement washer AND dryer for the next sap!
