30 years old, grew up skateboarding and now just starting to come out...but only to certain people. It’s sucks but I’m feeling better after every person I tell. Thanks guys. It was because of these videos that I felt ok to do this.

This whole LGBTQ series of letters & notes is the realest, most heartfelt expression of love for skateboarding I’ve ever seen. As far as legacies are concerned, the impact of what everyone managed to do here will be everlasting. Thank you. It’s fucking beautiful. Be kind out there everybody. Go Skateboarding. #FARETHEEWELL🌈❤️🧡💛💚💙💜💗🙏#RIPGROSSO✌️♥️🌌🐺

Thank you for sharing all of these stories. It's great to see such openness in the Skateboarding Community. There will always be those who think they "know what's better" for others, what matters is what's right for you. E PLURIBUS UNUM

Chandler discovering skateboarding through Jay Adams is so heavily ironic

As a skater of nearly 20 years, skaters still aren't all that friendly to trans folks, much like Chandler was saying in the video. I hope these videos continue so people can open their eyes a bit more...

Apparently only woke subjects get further attention , really sad there is so much more to people and life than what consensual adults do with their junk , but there is all this hate , way more into do your thing and shut up and skate but whatever, good on peeps for the courage to come out and come together...

The fact that this guy discovered Jay Adams through lords of Dogtown and not Dogtown and Z-boys speaks volumes. Noone gives a shit what you're into unless you stand up and say, I'm (insert pretentious label) aren't I special. Get over yourself, stop telling other people how to think and just skate.
