We take a tour of the legendary Tsukiji Fish Market in Tokyo before we join our Camp Zama friends for a sea cruise on the bay.
This is one of the largest fish markets in the world featuring world class Tuna along with a wide array of shellfish: Shrimp, Scallops, Crab, Clams, etc. Cephalopods of all kinds are available for sale: Octopus, Calamari. And eels, both freshwater and saltwater types can be puchased: Unagi, Unago.
Then we hook up with a boat captain to chase Saba and Mahimahi! These guys make it look too easy!
