So people can see the difference. Li-ning weighs more than invincible Run. (almost the same) So I wouldn't exactly call it a race shoe.

The 3 speeds were exactly the same. they were performed on the same treadmill. I have made quite a few of these videos but some of the shoes. makes my cadence change a bit. You see it mostly if you keep running for a long time.

It probably depends a bit on what you are going to use it for. For recovery, slowly run Nike Invincible. For fast runs Li-Ning it has two carbon plates. but it is not as fast as a super shoe. I would call it more of a super trainer
