I genuinely never thought Liam would be the bigger, more relevant of the two post Oasis. I find it really weird that when you go to one of his concerts, at least half the crowd are in their teens or early 20's so clearly not around for Oasis. Its awesome that he has been adopted by another generation.

I thought Noel would be the one to carry the legacy since Liam seemed bogged by his troubles with Beady Eye and his divorce. But it's cool indeed. Must be his personality: he doesn't come off as insincere when he speaks.

As a yank in college during the 90's, every kegger on campus played Oasis on heavy rotation. They were my generations version of the Rat Pack blended with the Brat Pack.
