Oma roast of Elto is incredible 🔥 Best roaster in Asia 🔥

It did taste really good. The peaberry was one of the better Ethiopian Coffee experiences we had in a while. Do you have any other recommendations for Asian roasters?

His home recipe I feel like it elevates more sweetness when you wait longer between pours

Thank you for watching as always. It does seem to create a cup with more "structure" and that can be useful sometimes.

Thank you for sharing. We had some audio difficulties lately, and we are looking over our equipment in order to try to figure out where it comes from. Summaries are coming up for future videos.

an external microphone would definitely help, even the sound is not quite clear... I got some information, the difference between washed and natural extractions regarding the temperature and grinding thickness... there are many videos on the Internet, but a summary of the techniques regarding the different coffees you have to put yourself together... otherwise I liked the video...
