If this is truly an hour before he died, I don't see anything that would indicate he was feeling troubled or under the influence. He seems happy to be enjoying his day with his friend.

I don't think this was an hour before his death this video seems to be around 1pm and he died after 5pm and he is not in the hotel in this video but at a friend's house fake news
