Crawley were no mugs. We looked disjointed at midfield. Barney was absent, so was McLean. Maca pressed but not the quality that we expect of him. I’d like to see Barney sit and Revan start. Mullin will be fine, much like last season. It’ll happen. He’s not a bench player.

Nothing wrong with saying it, the Mullen bar is set really high and when he's not playing like Super Paul, it's not a crime to say it. He'll get there. Lots of othr good discussion as usual Liam.

Marriot looked really threatening in the hilites- nice to have a great striker combo. Either can start and the other come on fresh @ :70. Hope they rotate them thruout unless one starts to pull away for form.

I wouldn’t say Paul’s performance was disappointing, more he’s not ready and the Team now has depth with Marriot and co sat ready to come on when necessary Fans were talking about when will Mullin start, well there’s the Answer he’s not quite ready Nice to see players coming back from Injury, great to see the depth on the bench and fantastic to see Paul is actually fit and healthy just not quite there, yet…..

Seems we struggle with possession teams. It is EFL League 1 adjust and go... Regarding Mullin , create chances around the box and he will show up. He was to far from it yesterday.

Dropping Marriot was a mistake, but we got away with it. Of course Mullin is amazing, but right now JM was on 4 in 5 games, he shouldn't have been dropped. Otherwise it's dreamland to be top of league 1 and everyone at the club should be proud of our position. Up the town.

Mullen was definitely not himself and he was super frustrated by it. Not sure what happened to the rest of the team. Made basic mistakes and just not our usual fluidity on the attack. Why aren't we using Ollie Rathbone who has definitely shown that he can make an impact?

two things Liam First, don't worry about Mullin. He needs time to come back physically, but he is one of those truly special talents. I'm an old lady now, but remember watching Michael Jordan when he was new. It wasn't just the hussle or the shots, but this amazing athletic instinct and Paul is also one of those rare talents. Give him time. He will be back. Second, just wanted to mention - I started watching a few of our opponents' vloggers after games to see their perspectives, and wanted to let you know how much I appreciate your clean, balanced and informative posts. I liked you before, but even more now seeing what the norm is. Well done, sir.
