Try 1978 John Deere 6600. That's the last year the 6600 and all the other 00 Series (New Generation) combines were built.

I really like what you choose to film. I like the how you get the countryside in your posts , it gives a good picture of how many people choose to live. Small farmers are some of the best in the world.

I use a GoPro Hero 9 & 7 and a GP 3 way grip. I remove the bottom of the grip (tripod stand part) and place it on to a long golf ball pole that my neighbor provided me. I can adjust that pole to different heights and the grip works well on it. I also use a Nikon D3500 but I am not happy with the quality of that camera. Thanks for watching.

@@libasan the last model year was 1978, all 6600 and 7700 combines came with In cab auger extension. Also one important detail was that the top of the cab has a slightly smaller ac intake that only takes up about 1/2 of the back of the cab from where it sits in the middle
@shortytari3 жыл бұрын
78 was the last year for 6600 and 7700. They made the 4400 1 more year, however a lot of the part numbers are for a 4420 even though the parts are the same and interchangeable. They also changed the rotary screen to the 20 series style in the 79 model, but they didn’t change the cab and add the hydraulic fold on unload auger until the 80 model year, which was an official 4420 . So a 79 4400 is kind of a hybrid.

I don't understand this row pattern
@montybolinger63832 жыл бұрын
Looks like the head on the 6600 is a 643 hi tin harvesting 6 rows of 30 inch corn. The planter that they planted that field with was a 12 row as I see in the clip at 3:30. So this set up is pretty common for this machine and his corn head is period correct as the low tin corn head came out later.
