Now please dare to show the losses that are making 45+ age group on same policy. There has been PIL in Supreme Court for mis guiding aged group. But on political grounds PIL is dismissed. Can you post on that???

Jiwan saral ki policy ne Lic ke policy se logon ka biswash uth gaya. Itna bada frod hamne kabhi so change bhi Nahi tha. Mai iska khud ka bhukt bhogi hoon. I took Jeevan Saral in 2010 (at Age 56). Monthly Premium 5104, Term 10 years. Proposal Form said Sum Proposed as 12.50L. Maturity Sum Assured (MSA) not mentioned. Total Premium paid : 612480. LIC mentioned my returns 298450 (MSA) + 141764 (Interim Bonus) i.e, I incur a loss on investment - Rs.172266. Neither agent nor LIC mentioned about the ill-effects of SARAL for the age of 56. Also, proposal form never mentioned MSA. Pl suggest way to get back my investment.
