Very cool I did not know they made those an Adrian that gives the prisoners and inmates something to do during the day rehabilitates them and it looks like a heck of a vocational program I really like that they're doing that thumbs up to the instructor and the program

Just Michigan. Each state has at least one prison that makes their license plates.

@brownincel6018 The state hires free world citizens to supervise and handle functions that the risk of having an inmate do it is too great. I also can't confirm what Ronald said about each state having a prison make their license plates but Michigan isn't the only state where inmates work in the license plate factory.

It's completely voluntary. No one is forcing them to work.
