ultimate patience combined with passion and skill , you are truly the master , i was using zbrush when they just introduced dynamesh back in the day but now it has so many features i would have to learn all of it all over again to create and utilize what i want as an artist

I extruded the geometry with a mask, deleted everything but one side and just zremeshed it a few times to get a simple cylinder, you could just add a cylinder. I made peaks with the move brush, then added thickness with dynamic subdivision. Then I added detailing.

Hey! Thanks! There is a lot of information available on KZbin and ArtStation, but courses will not make you an artist right away, the most important thing is the amount of practice you have done, just try to sculpt faces many many times and look at photos, this is the best way to learn how to sculpt anything
