Are they producing any with the rear sofa bed option mentioned on their site? So far I haven't seen any examples on the web or dealers inventory. I feel like a rear sofa bed is way more practical.

Where is the spare tire located on the Solis 59P?

Good afternoon Joanne! Thank you for your note... to meet government mandated EPA fuel economy requirements, most light duty car and truck manufacturers have opted for tire inflation repair kits that are much lighter than a spare tire, which is what all Ram Promasters have (and of course the Solis). However, if your travels require or you would feel much more confident with a traditional spare tire, we can add a carrier to the rear with a spare... it's a fairly inexpensive aftermarket accessory that we offer our guests. Is there an ac because this is really nice and would be my first option but if it dosent come with an ac system then its useless for most of the year

Good morning Wayne! Thanks for your note! While this model does not offer AC, and I'm not sure of of future models due to the length and length of the overhead studio loft bed, current guests, for example, in the Revel, have noted that the dash AC will cover a majority of the coach and some have even used very affordable portal ACs to cool the rear living area. Good morning Ted... while anything is possible, we have hundreds of Revels on the road with this same bath setup and the concept for the cassette is similar to the removal of waste, and have never done a composting toilet in one but if you'd like us to explore this we certainly could.

This video says the Solis has 24 gallons fresh water tank. But the Winnebago website specification page says it has 21 gallons. Which is it?

Can a thule (or Yakima) roof rack be added to the Solis next to the pop top. I recognize the top could not then be opened until the bars are removed. Alternately, could "artificial" rain gutters be added to the fiberglass top to add Thule bars. I would be interested in the ability of carrying a canoe and/or sea kayaks.

@@LichtsinnRV I emailed the manufacturer. They said they do not recommend storing anything on the top of RVs for safety reasons. I take that to be a "safety" way of saying...we're not covering you if you do anything to the top of the RV.

210 watts of solar with agm batteries and no inverter, really? That's the deal breaker! You say it's expandable to 520 watts, does that include at least a 2000 watt inverter and lithium batteries?

Hi! This looks great and would be the perfect van for me if there is enough height between underside of murphy bed in down position and the floor to store a mountain bike or two with front wheel removed and forks locked in fork mounts! Would you know this dimension?

I just measured the space in my RV to help you out...It is 23-1/4 inches tall, 34 inches wide and 57 inches long under the Murphy bed. That does not account for the leg of the table that attaches to the under side as it hangs down a bit. But, the table can be removed.

I’m intrigued by the new Solis, and your video was very helpful. Question: you mentioned the screens were magnetic. Are they Roelf screens or some other brand? If not Roelf, is the mesh similar to the Travato window screens, or smaller holes? Unfortunately, the very small bugs often get right through the Travato screens. Thank you!

Good morning Lisa! The screens are internally made and do include the magnets... I have not measured the holes but would think they are similar, but I can check when we receive our first.

@@LichtsinnRV I just compared my window screen to the door screens. The openings in the mesh are the same size. So, if the window screens on the Solis are the same as the Travato you might have the same issue.

The Solis is top on my list. But it will be a deal breaker if it doesn’t have an inverter. There is no mention of one. I would need at minimum a 2,000 watt inverter to be able to use a blender or a instant pot.

Thanks for your note... due to the nimble length of this chassis with the pop top there is not room on the roof... however, with it being this nimble you have the dash AC to cool the square footage and if this is not adequate we do have smaller, affordable portable vented or evaporative AC options that would work.
