Hi Rob Just thought I’d add a quick comment as we are at Lickpenny at the moment ( 8 Sept 21). We came here on the back of your excellent review and similar from Poshcats. We are on pitch 3A couple up from where you stayed. It is I must say probably the best site we have been on Pitches are enormous and facilities superb as you pointed out in your review. Looking at the site as a whole there is so much space and like how they have chosen NOT to cram in loads more pitches. It’s 28C today so that helps but even your visit in March last year the site was very nice. Thanks once again for taking time and effort to create these excellent reviews - it is of enormous help to Caravanners new and old and your attention to detail mustn’t go without mention. Hi rob hope u well nice to c u bak looks a nice site well kept can I ask the electric towel rail u got in bathroom do u find if u leave it on all the time does it keep bathroom like warm as I'm thinking of buying one if it makes a difference cheers and stay safe .kev

All is well thanks Kev. The Dry:Soon 90 watt heated towel warmer is from Lakeland.co.uk. It provides a little background warmth but you will need to use your main heating source in colder weather. We use it to dry our towels after showering. We've also dried wet coats and umbrellas on it. Check the dimensions before ordering that it fits where you want to put it. I had to trim the feet for it to fit in the one place it would go in our bathroom. Take care. Rob
