Tomato and Eggplant Sauce

It’s another blast from the past! I found this 2004 episode entitled “Lazy Summer Afternoons” from Lidia’s Family Table. Watch it, and you will find a delicious tomato and eggplant sauce that I used to dress pasta dish and in a glorious egg dish. For dessert, how about a little summertime peach and bread lasagna? Hi I like a lot the way you cook. i m from Morocco# here we have a hot salad cold "zaalok" it's almost the same as this recipe we take it as a side dish especially with fish usually Sardines . Keep the good vibes
