I'll stick with the Franziskaner for supermarket Weissbier and the Samuel Smiths is top drawer on tap and bottle.

I thought it was horrible and acidic.. id rather pay the extra and get a Weihenstephaner ..nice review mate

I found this had a slight sourness to it, which may have been the acidity that you mentioned. Weihenstephaner is available in Waitrose and Sainsbury's so I'll pick one up when I'm passing, thanks for the recommendation, cheers !

Gonna say, this is probably the most disappointing wheat beer out there, just thin and over carbonated. I'd personally shell out a few more pennies and get a bottle of Weihenstephaner from Sainsbury's! Top stuff David!

As a Weissbier its 'meh'. But cant argue with the price for what it is.
