Rainbow Crepe CAKE! No oven! A cake that melts in your mouth! Simple and very tasty! Friends, hello everyone, today I am going to share with you an amazing and very easy to prepare cake recipe! What melts in your mouth. In this video you can see how to make CREPE CAKE step by step.
0:03 Introduction:
0:25 Prepare the dough:
7 eggs. A pinch of salt.
80g sugar.
Pour in 900 ml milk in portions.
Add 400 g flour in portions.
Strain through a sieve to avoid lumps.
85g butter.
Divide the dough into 7 parts.
Add dyes: lime, strawberry, red cherry, yellow, orange, blue, lilac.
3:06 Cover with stretch wrap and let rest for 20 minutes.
Fry on both sides over medium heat.
4:20 Preparation of the cream:
600 g mascarpone or cream cheese.
200 ml cream 33% fat. 150 g) sugar.
4:46 Assemble the cake.

6:10 Place in the fridge for 4 hours, preferably overnight.
Decorate as desired.
I used kiwi, mango pieces, currants and blueberries.

HINT: after frying the crepes, u wd have to press each crepe between paper towels to remove the oil from the pan soas not to screw up the layers of cream chse that it will b sandwiched between on the final tower of crepes cake.

Аналогично, из всех видов тортов не люблю исключительно только блинные торты, хотя сами блины очень даже люблю, с маслом, сметаной, вареньем, мёдом. Просто мне кажется что любые известные крема не подходят к блинному тесту и со сгущёнкой тоже не идёт блинное тесто. Оказывается я не одна такая. Но на вид конечно красиво
