I get my back pain from tennis (SI joint I've been told ) recently plus sitting doesn't help . I find your channel very helpful indeed!!!!

Buttock cheek and legs calves muscles start getting pain while lying down. Can't go to sleep until take painkillers. Any tips be grateful.
