Thank you Doctor, I have tremendous neck pain moving into my shoulder all on the left. I am sure it's from hours on my phone and sitting cross legged and slumped, so naturally i am causing my own pain and long for releif. It makes sleeping comfortably very irritating, stressful and restless. I will do these and let you know my results.❤

Helloo Doc was asking if Fixing My Thoracic Spine will also Elevate the Cervical Spine Issue.. Will solving the Thoracic Spine Heal, PERMANENTLY the Cervical Issue Too
