This doesn't technically count as a spoiler, and since you're a lore guy I think you should know beforehand: don't get swayed by video game journalists who don't actually know what they're talking about and assume you're playing Pinocchio just because the game is very heavily inspired by Collodi's works. "Lies of P" is a korean play on words ("P" means "blood" in korean, that's why the letter is red). I think you're in for a ride, the game is absolutely fantastic and the ONLY souls-like that ever gave me the same vibes as From masterpieces.
