There is a baffle on the intake that can be removed to increase airflow, kpm200 is a fun bike

Yes I’m aware of the snorkel, I did remove it on my KPR but I’m leaving it in for now. I did a ride video that I’ll post in a couple of days and I talk a little about that. Thank you for that!

They finally extended the silencer tip. I had to fabricate an extension. When you mount it, use a nut on the top of the Allen bolt, because these silencer tips tend to fly out at full throttle for anything over a 125cc.

@@ultramaximusreviews I recently wrapped the exhaust so everything is covered up pretty much. I prefer the look of the goldish color of the wrap, it matches good to the bikes colors. Thanks for your comment

Hmm thinking about buying this one. Was mainly interested in the lifan kp mini 150cc because mini bikes are cool but this one seems a bit bigger and more power then the 150cc. And the look of it seems really sweet that rear fender has to go though and the dangly flexible turn signals are weird lol

@@LedosGarage yeah it’s a great bike. I had a KP 150 mini and it’s a good bike too and lots of fun, more power than I expected for a 150cc. But the Kpm is just better in my opinion

@herbiesgarage681 I hear ya I'll own both one day. The kp mini 150 I've found alot of aftermarket parts for but the kpm 200 I mean they are there. But some are for other 200cc bikes that just fit the kpm or it's aftermarket and u gotta make it fit. Honestly the exhaust video is sweet. I've got the muffler and piping saved. Without the baffle sounded so dam good you must have a good mic because the sound was so good from a 200cc without the baffle is more my speed

Probably could, I haven't tried that. What I did try was to wrap the baffle with silencer wrap and it helped a little. But I'm sure it would too quiet for your liking 🤣

Hi Jay, you could, that would always be a benefit for less break downs, but I’ve found Lifan materials to be pretty decent including the coolant hoses

You could but honestly I wouldn’t, I have never had a problem with them dry and antiseize may be more apt for the nuts to vibrate off.

@@Haven_wayRBLX Sure, the replacement muffler will be a little shorter so you have to visually look at it and see if it lands to where it looks good and not blowing hot exhaust gasses on anything

@ you’re welcome, you will have better performance with a full exhaust and it’s actually very easy to install. It cost a little more up front but it’s better in the long run

No you don’t have to run with the baffle in, yes its main purpose is for lowering the decibel output. It might have an EPA impact too, not too sure on that though 😊

Hello, I think it would be a great first bike. It’s easy to ride, lower seat height and very reliable. It does have a forward lean to it that does make your upper body a little more tired when you ride. The Lifan KPM is basically the same engine with a more upright riding position and would be even better as a first bike. But either choice would be good in my opinion.

You can find them on Ebay or Aliexpress.com I haven't had to replace mine but the pipe measures 33mm inner and 39mm outer. I bought my pipe from Aliexpress and the muffler from Amazon. You can buy the whole package on Aliexpress pretty reasonable, if you want to. The reason I bought my muffler separate was I wanted this style with the removable DB killer to quiet it down a little bit. Thanks!
