Absolutely, thank you @chilezoness4058 for reminding people 🙏🏽😊 We don't declare ourselves as experts, but rather we hope our videos serve as inspiration (sometimes controversially so) for people to look closer at the status quo, not to blindly take our word for it about every little thing. @@chilezoness4058 That’s exactly how we mislead people. First, we Gain their empathy, confidence, & trust, & loyal followship. We then cover our tracts by “disclaimers, by which time is too late. Our followship is numerous, & reaching outside of our boundaries. Loyal; followers, like you, rise up in their defense because of this loyalty. Again just look at their physiques-all their muscles and bodies masses, indexes & Anu’s distended stomach, speak for themselves! Something is off balance. This is call for them (and you) to consider the end result, their health, and Who/What is really controlling them and their lives. 🙏🏽❤️📖🙏🏽📖👀❤️👀😘

I know of previous self-proclaimed diet experts who were vegan, vegetarian, meatless dieters who didn't live past 70 because of this type of diets. Therefore, I urge you to consider a "more balanced approached for your sakes and your children. Remember, everything we do, must be done :in moderation and with Wisdom from God." All those carbs and calories from ground food with no exercise, turns into sugar! Pray, listen, and follow the God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob--God the Father, son, Jesus and Holy Spirit .Do what He /His word tells you to. Again, everything He made: plant, animal, etc., is good. Where we don't have the means and or land to grow, cultivate, and harvest ourselves, He provides the grace to procure for our health and His glory! Much love.

Great information! The negative is that “we are over here and can’t grow our fruits and veggies in really good organic rich soil as you do.😢

You can still do what you can at growing what you can and at eating SOS-Free plant based foods, making sure you buy organic produce. And even with organic produce, in time with a full functioning taste buds (when you stop SOS-Full foods), you can detect produce that have been sprayed even while organic and be able to avoid them. 🙏🏾

All that said, may I suggest you do not declare yourselves the gurus of health and nutrition. A complete SOS diet has to be approached with caution and moderation. Essential Fatty Acids from some meats (wild-caught salmon, mackerel, and dark meat chicken, eggs and virgin, cold pressed live oil, contribute greatly to your health. God said it. "Everything He made is good and He blessed it: animal, plant, etc.)" Your lifestyles demands the right environment, a disciplined regime of exercise to maintain muscle and blood vessels integrity. Not everybody can afford to nor even come close to that in the whole world! And worst, not everyone has the land to grow, cultivate, and harvest whole food like you do....let alone get exercise for the body from all that work it requires to live and eat like you do.

Yes, Pablo is lean and that's what his father, uncles and some of his brothers used to look like. The kids get sick bcos they go to school and bring home viruses. But guess what, even when sick, they still run around and play. A lot of their classmates miss school and have to be at the hospital getting IV fluids. They've even had Malaria about 2 times and they still had energy even when they had fever. We are only sharing our experiences with the world. You don't have do it. We didn't say we were health guru neither. We encourage people to dig deeper and do their own research. I was this close to losing my eyesight due to glaucoma and I know I don't have to worry about that anymore bcos I can see what the foods we are eating are doing in me. Also, we don't have any aches and pains due to INFLAMMATION bcos yes, we are no longer eating INFLAMMATORY FOODS. A big question we should always ask ourselves is If the foods we're eating are so good and nourishing, why do we need supplements (like fiber supplements, vitamins supplements etc) and medicines (NSAIDS) to counteract the inflammatory effects on us? The answer is WE WON'T. Did you know that NSAIDS stands for Non-Steroidal "Anti-Inflammatory" Drugs? What caused the inflammation you're taking it for? Is your body trying to warn you that brain, stomach/intestinal or other types of cancer is growing? Don't ignore those warnings by numbing it with Anti-Inflammatory drugs. Start today towards changing your lifestyle around in order to get rid of your inflammation or else... When that diagnosis arrives, it might be too late. Animal products, dairy, salt, oil, sugar, processed substances should come with a warning that says "Consume At Your Own Risk!" And mind you, I am blessed and fortunate to have some organic citruses, greens, and starches (yams, otoe, or malanga, turnips, carrots, kale, blueberries, blackberries, cucumber, beets, and spices) I grow myself. Sadly, even when you buy food labeled organic is Not 100% organic.

Please consider this, which I carefully offer out of love, care, and concern for your immune systems. Your body masses, and muscle densities, especially the children, seem to be very low----even you, Pablo as of lately, your frames are too thin. It seems the kids have a difficult time with colds and fever! Something is off!

@@olawaletaiwo Almost cultic parents, almost not fit to be parents. They only mind about themselves and not the kids, these kids are suffering silently and it's disgusting to watch. Uganda has organic foods that are relatively cheap for a good balanced diet.

May I suggest as a health care provider that you should put a disclaimer in your videos stating that you are not a healthcare provider and that people should consult with their doctors first. These extreme diet changes is not the cure for everything and doesn’t work for everyone. I’m speaking from experience. Great information.

This isn't an extreme diet, it's a way of life that results in healing/reversing almost all lifestyle-related, pre-existing conditions. Respectfully noting a point of correction: calcium, chloride, magnesium, phosphorus, potassium and sodium (i.e. essential macro minerals AKA electrolytes) are necessary nutrients needed in high quantities. Salt (concentrated sodium chloride) is not the only source of sodium out there, but it is the most concentrated and so is easily overdosed (the average American, for example, has well over the maximum recommended daily intake, not because of too many tomatoes, but because of too much salt) and if salt is used at all, it must be used very sparingly. For us personally, we would only use it if we didn't have access to fresh fruits and vegetables or other natural sources of sodium (nearly all natural foods grown from the ground have it in some quantity or another, and also have the other electrolytes mentioned above and packed with necessary vitamins and trace minerals, not just lame NaCl alone). Again, sodium (and the other essential electrolytes, as well as other needed nutrients) can be attained through nearly anything grown from the ground (or seabed). You don't need to get a Powerade full of unhealthy sugars to do the job of boosting your electrolytes on a hot day (or water additives, for that matter), you just need a few balanced fruits and/or vegetables along with your pure, clean water. So next time, grab a banana and apple, orange, mango, papaya, etc. along with your water bottle 😊 Note: if your electrolytes are off balance (like too much sodium chloride which outstrips your other regular electrolyte levels), this often manifests itself in swelling in eyes, joints, and head (resulting in headaches very quickly). At that point, stop the salt, and take an orange (high in calcium, potassium) and a glass of water and you'll see an immediate difference, especially in eyes and headache. Try it out!

@@familiapablanu The body needs salt but not table salt. Most do not know that regular table salt has sugar in as well as propylene glycol, which may explain the swelling you wrote of. Celtic salt, sea salt and himalayan salt all contain the electrolyte minerals needed by the brain and heart in order to function well. When we are low on salt we can not think well and our hearts can experience palpitations and heart attacks. This information is being shared by many doctors across KZbin. Please do a search and investigate the lie's we were told surrounding the evils of salt. Blessings!

@@beckydouglas5757 Thank you for your reply. However, ingesting concentrated NaCl just because it has a few trace minerals is not something we do. Rather, as mentioned above, fruits and vegetables have not only Na and Cl, but also many many other vitamins and minerals not present in Celtic or Himalayan salts. Also, I seriously doubt humans adapted to a point where, in order to thrive, the ideal conditions included a substance from the caves in the highest mountains of the world or the concentrated waters surrounding the Green Isle... On a personal note, we have felt no ill effects from having no salt in the house for over 2 years. On the contrary, we now get headaches and swollen eyes and pain in our joints as soon as we have any added salts (knowingly or unknowingly) when eating out. Even our little kids complain of it to us after sharing just one chapati with a classmate, for example. So for us, the proof is in the pudding, so to speak, and we feel no need to include added salts in our diet, but will rather just keep enjoying a diverse, plant-based lifestyle.
