Very lovely video, quite helpful. Which city are you based in? I’m moving to Swiss next month (German part) it would be so good to have helpful tips. Like shopping for African foods, going around the city (Zurich), picking up on the language. Things to look out for living there for the first time. What to be careful about.

That happened here in Canada during the late 20th century and first decade of 21st century of the educational system. Many Caribbean's who move here have majority of kids put us one grade behind or in special Ed class which are for basic level in Ontario school system especially if you have West Indian accent.

@christheswiss3903 жыл бұрын
You are SOOO right. Poor you, we really feel for you. The countries where you all come from are so famous for their calm, freindly and peaceful demeanor. And their treatment of all humans as valuable entities and a source of constant joy. And human rights were invented there! Like almost everything else we use on this planet. Yeah, I totally get you, man. ;-)) I'm assuming nobody is forcing her (or you) to live in the pathetic Swiss society you so despise. Then why do you all seem to still be here and subjecting yourself to this awful life, if you could easily move to a friendly place where you could blossom and grow in one of the many fabulous, prosperous and trendy countries where you seem to originally come from? I'm actually curious. I would have tons more self esteem than you and rather than rant about where I am and pity myself, I'd move to - and integrate into a far better society - where it's actually so fabulouse and fantastic like someone of your elevated stature deserves. Oh wait, that's exactly what I did... But do let us know when and where you're going so we can cross our fingers for you - you don't want to waste valuable time. Tic-toc! :-))

What I've learned from this video: the best and safest thing to do then to hopefully NOT offend any entiled young lady is to not care, not show any human interest and certainly not address anyone that could potentially feel entitled. And ALWAYS assume everyone is from Switzerland and speaks Swiss German! Noted. I'm a quick study. Will ensure to do more of that. And warn my friends as well. You're welcome. Glad I could help. Had I known earlier it was THIS easy to be perceived as freindly - wow. BTW: why should ANYONE in Switzerland have to know who Oprah is?? Who cares who she is?? Do you feel a Swiss worker should recognize her because she's a billionaire? The Swiss don't even care who their own billionaires are, why should they care about a US billionaire? Or do you think a Swiss purse sales lady should recognize her because she's black?? Would YOU ever recognize an old white billionaire from Norway? Or from Finland? From Georgia? Argentina? I'm pretty certain we all know the answer to THOSE questions, so your attitude seems hypocritical.
