"doing some low carb 30-40g per hour" that's why I crashed with chronic fatigue/adrenal fatigue or how you wanna call it.. Because I was eating not even that amount on the bike for years even with my 90kg muscular body lol.. It is so strange for me to say to myself all the time "it is ok to eat a lot of carbs on the bike, you need it.." This restrictive mindset is horrible to overcome.. Also what didn't help was when there were already plenty of videos about pros, but they were not showing at all what they were really eating. They would show maybe some very small meals of the bike so it looked like they eat like normal people. Now there is more and more videos about nutrition on the bike how most bikers really push the carbs. Which is good for hobby riders who know nothing about how much they should eat on the bike without any guilt..

Yes, absolutely, its just basically the part passing through Andorra la Vella that has some traffic. Also depending on which day of the week.

Andorra is a joke of a place, like Dubai in the mountains. Just Mcdonalds and Petrol stations, superficial country only good for low tax rates if you are making bank

I dont think Jack is from SA, but I agree with you. The weird thing, Willie, I lived in La Jolla San Diego for 2 years, and I missed being constantly alert, on edge, dont know if you can identify with or explain that body reaction?
