Just moved to Andorra a month ago. Love your coffee shop, and then found your VLOG in my feed. Would you say the road to Spain and back that you took safe for riding?

"doing some low carb 30-40g per hour" that's why I crashed with chronic fatigue/adrenal fatigue or how you wanna call it.. Because I was eating not even that amount on the bike for years even with my 90kg muscular body lol.. It is so strange for me to say to myself all the time "it is ok to eat a lot of carbs on the bike, you need it.." This restrictive mindset is horrible to overcome.. Also what didn't help was when there were already plenty of videos about pros, but they were not showing at all what they were really eating. They would show maybe some very small meals of the bike so it looked like they eat like normal people. Now there is more and more videos about nutrition on the bike how most bikers really push the carbs. Which is good for hobby riders who know nothing about how much they should eat on the bike without any guilt..

I always get extremely cold hands and feet on longer rides. No idea how youre able to do that.

Hey Willie, great video as usual. I've always used weight training as a support system for the bike riding. Nothing takes precedence over the riding. BTW, what did you do, you broke your wife? Cheers!

Do you have a recommendation for warm toes, I tried many things but after 2hrs they became cold 🥶 when I am riding in -5c -0C so far double socks & over shoes no help. Ventilation holes are taped

Tubless is blessing in disguise for me. Especially in winter I hate to replace innerrubes with cold hands. I only had once a flat tire and the milk was dried up, that was kind of stupid for me to not refill it after couple of months 😅 I have always pair of innertubes and pump for worst scenario case.

Ive come back to watch your vlog after 2 years, Marie has grown so much and your wife still has the same good energy as always haha

Hey Willie, I'm watching this as I just got back from a Zone 2 ride. It finally made it to 10 degrees Celsius today here in NYC. All my rides this week have been in 3-4 degrees Celsius so I've kept them short. Winter sucks. Like I've said before, at least you get the scenery. Another great video. Cheers!
