1. Never take a job without discussing wages first. 2. Avoid customer service jobs especially in food service 3. Never ask for tips directly 4. Chad would have had the police called on him, or the owner would have BS'ed about a no video cellphone policy in the dining area. ...ask me how I know...

The issue with first and second step is that boss knows all that and hides it for newcomers on every interview until coworkers realize they are working minimum wage that being hidden secret by boss since interview

Tips are there to incentive good service. if you don't tip waiters they have to reason to go the extra mile to give suggestions, remember your orders on command, give wine knowledge, extensive menu knowledge, etc. If you want your food plopped on your plate then just pay the price. If you want 5 star VIP service then tip big.

I get tired of influencers. Every time someone comments against me they either a creator or influencer and about 30 years younger than me and of course I could not know anything being older. I hope they at least paying their share of taxes on all they make 😅😂. Lot of my wife’s students all never wanted to do anything but be influencers and creators. She was like you know how hard the content creators who make it real big have to work, at least 50+ hour weeks. Kids did not get it.
