One of the 3 black pieces that border the bottom of the back board has begun to come off, I suggest not over screwing it, I think I might have warped the screw that holds it in place. Good luck!! 👍🏼

Are the “tools and materials for assembly” included in the package or do you have to get those seperately?

I think some Allen keys were included but I mostly used my own tools, I used some basic hand tools

I have the exact same board, 2 days now, my back board shakes when taking a shot. It looks like yours doesn't shake or rattle at all. I paid a guy to do mine, do you feel like your back board is sturdy?

I am sorry to hear that, my back board is sturdy, I have even laid it on its side because of bad stormy weather and it was crooked for a little bit but then I straightened it and It was still sturdy. It does not shake or rattle at all. Have you been able to figure out what is?

Any ideas on why my backboard remains tilted forward at the lowest hight and the tallest?

I would lean it over like I have it in my jpg, or climb up on a ladder and get a good look at the motion of the arm as you extend the height and lower the height. I would try to see if there is something loose or too tight or not properly aligned.. I hope I was able to help you some, Good luck!

My backboard is leaning forward.. help

its supposed to lean forward, it doesnt sit straight up, if you see my video, i made the mistake of having the pole straight up and had to re do the process so that the pole is leaning forward. Once you secure the shield and the arms to the base you should be good to go.. is that what is happening? i make the mistake in about a minute 40 into the video and correct the mistake shortly after.

What if my hoop height is stuck on 10’

The little stick is stuck in the 10” hole? I would try to shake the handle to and pull the stick out, there maybe something preventing from the stick to slide out… maybe spray a little wd40 in the hole to have it slide back out.. I hope this helps..

Maybe the screws where it rotates is on too tight preventing it from coming back down, so you have a ladder you can climb up on and watch the rotation of the arm as you try to raise and lower the lever?
