Hey guys I just found this video, it's nice to see you both back from the beginning, I love chestnuts especially here in NY in the wintertime, the smell of them roasting as you walk down the street is amazing, the forest is a nice calm and serene place to enjoy them as well. I have never seen them in their natural state. The walk back was just stunning and peaceful looking. Thanks for sharing. Love from NY.

Chest nuts roasting on an open fire, Jack Frost nipping at your nose, Yuletide carols being sung by the choir, and folks dressed up like Eskimos..... (Nat "King" Cole) You and Tatyana seem like a perfect, for each other, couple. You two look very happy. Oh what a beautiful place for a stroll. Many blessings to you both!

These two beautiful people could write books for children using the woods, animals, meals made with vegetables and fruits pickled from the land, the beautiful nights and sounds. Children will go wild with joy, and you have so much material to play with and write about to influence their imagination. Oh, I could only imagine!

I am also happy that you two found each other! This was a very nice video it was very relaxing to watch. It made me wonder about Hedgehogs and why Diesel and Ruby don't bother with them so I looked it up and found that only the strongest of predators, like badgers, can open a curled-up Hedgehog. Now Tatyana must take us through the entire process of turning the chestnuts into flour and making a cake. Wishing you both all good things!

If you take an oven tray full of salt, put the chestnuts on there with a cross in the bottom they will taste delicious roasted in a hot oven for about 20 minutes. peel them and eat them hot, together with others. With nice herbal margarine with thick brown slices of bread. Such a festive thing to eat.

Soo many hedgehogs at Lalande! I mean they are mainly nocturnal a d quite shy normally so there must be many as they pop up in daytime out in the open! Anyone who cares about hedgehogs: never ever ise a robotic lawn mower! They botch these little gus by the thousands each year, especially in spring and early summer (in my parts the most common call to vets even!) I love yoir way with animals Selmar, and imagine you and Tatiana will have a whole menagerie of happy animals at your chateau! ❤️

It is always rewarding to see compatible "old souls" finding each other - whether you stay a couple or just the best of friends. It was that way with my husband and I. We were blessed to find each other early in life. We have 5 acres in the mountains and find each others company all that we need when supplemented with nature..wild bees,, turkey, deer, fox, etc. Enjoy the love Selmar!

Delmarva…. The flight feathers on the peacock chicks are always cinnamon colored on the males, from the very beginning….these remain that color throughout their lives while the hens are plain earthen color….so they can be sexed at a very early age…. I used to raise them….
