The age thing spoke to me a lot. I'm turning 28 too this year and I'm still studying for my dream job(s), which I think I've finally found out, in my parents' home, and I've felt so much the pressure of the life timeline standards. Now I'm learning to transform that feeling into excitement and focus on the life I want to live, with my own goals, my own happiness, and my own timing, while enjoying the journey. I'm terning 28 next year ..I feel that I have lost the most important time in my life because things didn't go the way I planned for my self . .. I suffer from all these feelings and I'm always thinking I'm going down . I have lost my chances .. time regrats is the worst feeling ahuman can get becouse you can't go back .. you will alway be the result of your past I think what you said is the most important lesson and solution we should have learned by now .. I'm the only child, and finding your channel like finding a big sister I can relate to and learn from. You seem like to study and reading book. I remember when I was an elementary school kids I also really really love to read (newspaper, magazine, novel, biography, school textbook, etc). When I was sick (Im that kid who always getting sick) I read everything I can read in my bed. And also at that time I dont have Internet (and many friends), so I spend all of my free time reading a book. But gradually my relationship to that hobby was fading. I became a person who prefer popularity (friends, getting boyfriends) etc. You're right about the important of saying no, because of that option I sacrifice my hobby, which actually makes me become a better person. I thought I can become a better person if I have many friends, but now its not anymore. Im 24 yo, having my birthday 2 weeks ago. My ex left me, and the friend who can entertain me rightaway, not judging me, and kinda give me advise that I want to hear, are my books. I'm missing the moment I truly enjoy my time, not worry about what other people might think about me, and could believe that whatever my activity is making me a better person than before. I'm trying to fix myself, and you are one of my medication now 😊 I want to learn everthing I can learn, having the ability to do something and satisfied the whatever the result is. Thanks for this video Ana. I'm hoping you get more success and happiness in the future.

The thing is that most of us have not been raised well in this world today. I think the problem lies with the Millenials, although Baby Boomers were the cause of them, but hey, it starts somewhere. I'm 35 and still within the Millenial generation. I know about this because I was raised in pretty much that way. We get told that we are special, and that someday everything will be perfect. However, as time goes by we realize that something's not right. What Ana talks about resonates very well with this. The short-short version is this: "Get off your ass and start working, or else you will never see your goals fulfilled." Value yourself, your time, and the people who help you with your goals, and be selfish when something is not helping you. Thanks, Granny Ana!
