I got this problem of overthinking,infact it is only reason i procastinate ,can't take decisions quickly and i am not able to solve problems. As you said focusing on problems and not solution, that i do alot.Helpful video please make more like that .

This is a much needed video. I am literally the kind of person who thinks herself into a bad mood and then cries. Last night i started thinking about the bad things that had happened in the past, my failures and shortcomings and even though i knew that dwelling into the past is not gonna help me at all, I just didn't stop. long story short i cried for two hours straight and went to bed at 3 am. fml

I was guilty of all the three, but then my friend recommended me to read the book "Power of Now".. I slowly stopped thinking of past and future but still I am an overthinker, so I guess I am "worrier"... Whatever I do, before doing it I do lot of analyse and keep planning and having so many back ups of my original plan. I m already trying to fight this by journalising thoughts and using 5 sec rule. Watching your video today made me happy that we have similar type of thinking. I will also follow your rest of tips. Thanks again for this great video. This will be my favourite so far. 😄 ❤️

Hey ana, could you make a video about how to plan/start/procede/work consitently on a paper? I'm at university in switzerland and we have to write some kind of endterm-papers each semester for all of the seminaries. I'm always too stressed in managing 3-4 papers at the same time, getting them ready on time etc. I always end up stressing a lot in the end and I wish I has some strategy to cope with them during the semester and to minimalize the endtermstress! In my case, definitely "hesitation". I tend to want to be very detailed into my stuff, and usually that results in little action. The advantage is that I already know this is my tendency, so I have the opportuninty to do something about it. Women tend to worry much more than men.

i say this with the best intentions, i think it would be helpful to have visual words in your videos because not everyone can process at speed with just hearing- especially when they aren't from very diverse environments and hear different accents on a regular basis. no hate, just making a recommendation!
