As a Certfied coach trying to get my business online while working full-time, for me getting my first course together has been the hardest. I understand Morgan’s thinking - in order to scale up as a solo entrepreneur, there’s only so much time you have for 1:1 sessions. Creating a course allows you to reach more people and keep it affordable for those who can’t afford the higher price for your 1:1 sessions. For me that is the reason I became a coach, to help as many people as I can while making a living doing what I love. ❤

This was really interesting to see the difference in coaching training because many questions she asked are not empowering for the client the way I’m being trained. Do you and have you are not proper question phrasing. who what where when how questions work best. Morgan seemed to have same lack of confidence at the end as she did at the beginning obviously not having any significant transformation. The type of coaching will not produce lasting results and hence a lost client forever.

What is the best place to study life coaching online please
@pax35504 жыл бұрын
There is no need to study it when you are naturally wired to do it. You probably have been doing it your whole life without even realizing. If you want more info on what I do find me on facebook Pax Sterkel ;O)

@@pax3550 I don't agree with that. We do have natural coaching capabilities within us but in order to best serve our clients it's really useful to gain coaching skills that don't always come naturally. We are students for life in this field.

But you haven't offered any advice or tips to her! All you're doing is writing down things that she says. Everything is coming from her. I'm sorry but I wouldn't pay $1 for that. If I have a coach, I want some direction and advice, that I don't come up with on my own.
@KristaKathleenCoach3 жыл бұрын
Hi Lisa! thanks for watching the video and you're right I didn't offer any tips or advice because that's not what our clients need unless they specifically ask for it. A lot of my clients get so much value from being able to talk to someone who is going to listen without an agenda and create their own solutions from that space being held for them :) It's pure magic!

Then you want a mentor or consultant, not a coach. There's is a difference :)
@KristaKathleenCoach3 жыл бұрын
@@rakshahoost3002 yes there is a difference! Or you can combine both skillsets into a package. I offer a life coaching package and I also offer a life coaching + business mentoring package for new life coaches so you can get the benefits of doing the personal work while building a business. The great thing about the coaching world is you get to be as creative as you want with what you offer :)

How to become a life coach: Step 1: fail at doing anything legitimately useful or productive. Step 2: overpay at unaccredited, for-profit program for a “certification.” Step 3: charge suckers and pretend like you’ve actually done anything worth emulating.
@KristaKathleenCoach4 жыл бұрын
Hi there, it sounds like you haven't had the greatest experience so far with your coaching journey? What program did you join?
@daytonasayswhat93334 жыл бұрын
Krista Kathleen what magnanimous accomplishments and high levels of recognition and achievement have you done with your life that you feel you are so qualified to guide for someone in their personal and professional endeavors? And don’t say “x years of of being a certified life coach.” Anyone can sign up and have that distinction if they pay the course fee.
@rahulmalpe4 жыл бұрын
@@daytonasayswhat9333 She is already running a successful business of helping others. Yeah I get it that anyone can pay for a course and become certified, doesn't mean you ll have guaranteed success in it. The rest of the work has to be done by the person itself.
