As a Certfied coach trying to get my business online while working full-time, for me getting my first course together has been the hardest. I understand Morgan’s thinking - in order to scale up as a solo entrepreneur, there’s only so much time you have for 1:1 sessions. Creating a course allows you to reach more people and keep it affordable for those who can’t afford the higher price for your 1:1 sessions. For me that is the reason I became a coach, to help as many people as I can while making a living doing what I love. ❤

Joe Caruso: Forehand I know the powers of affirmations too and coaches too. Coming from someone who's witnessed consecutive ups and downs, debt, bankruptcy, you name it but at the end, staying positive is worth it. Matter of fact having received advice from my coach, I started my pod, a little ytube, and passively earn and hold a $293k ptf with Yvonne Annette Lively. This was really interesting to see the difference in coaching training because many questions she asked are not empowering for the client the way I’m being trained. Do you and have you are not proper question phrasing. who what where when how questions work best. Morgan seemed to have same lack of confidence at the end as she did at the beginning obviously not having any significant transformation. The type of coaching will not produce lasting results and hence a lost client forever.

This was nice, however, I highly suggest not doing the "quotation fingers" when dealing with a client, maybe it was done because this was just a simulation. The last thing that you want to do is diminish or ridicule their dreams/goals.

Interesting feedback thank you for sharing Virginia I'll keep that in mind! Also a little feedback for you as well. Anytime you're giving someone a compliment make sure to use the word AND after your acknowledgment instead of the word "however" or "but" because it totally cancels out the positive acknowledge you just shared...What that could sound like moving forward- " This was nice, AND, I highly suggest not doing the "quotation fingers" when dealing with a client, maybe it was done because this was just a simulation"...hope that helps Virginia!

@@KristaKathleenCoach Thank you. Yes that information was helpful and I usually am more selective/careful with my wording, I guess I was so caught off guard by the finger quotations that I didn't use my better judgment. So this is a double lesson for me. As a psychology student I am quite aware that a curveball can be thrown by a client so I need to advance my skills in that department because the absolute last thing that I would want to do is cause any further toxic trauma in my patients life.
