I wish you would have shown riding at a certain level of resistance on this bike and / or compared what it felt like compared to a bike with a heavier flywheel .Like a resistance thirty on this compared to the Bowflex or Peloton since this is the only bike that has such a light flywheel compared to all the other bikes that are reviewed on this channel ;and it seemed that you all seemed to imply that a bike with a heavy flywheel would always be a best bet or better buy.Where would you rank this bike if you now with your previous video of best bikes for 2022??

Which bike would you purchase for home or do you prefer to ride as a stand alone bike??The Nordic Track s22i or this Life fitness CX??

After testing out this bike with a much lighter flywheel weight; how does it compare to one with a heavier one?For someone that is familiar only with a heavy flywheel wheel in the front what would you be missing?And are the handle bars too far apart to sit a bit more upright?

The biggest difference between light flywheels versus heavy flywheels is the amount of effort it takes to get the flywheel moving when you first start pedaling. It takes less effort with light flywheels and they are considered to be more forgiving on the joints because of this. Once the flywheel is moving and resistance is added I don't notice much (if any) difference in the flywheel weights. Another factor with this flywheel on the Ride CX being at the rear of the bike instead of the front is that it is out of the sweat zone so it is less likely to get damaged from corrosion. I really like these handlebars because they have so many grip options. The drop handles let you position your upper body lower and make the bike feel similar to riding an outdoor road bike, but when you have your hands on the regular handlebars in position one or two, you can sit more upright just fine. They aren't too far apart for this.
